The Mill Street Bistro Bar, est. June 2008, is locally owned & operated by Joe Nagy and his dedicated staff of restaurant professionals.

The Bistro offers fine dining in a historic Norwalk location that originally served as a steam mill. Serving dinner daily, starting at 4pm, the Bistro offers a selection of Dry Aged Beef, Buffalo, & Elk* from the River Ranch (Joe's house) in Milan, Ohio, as well as USDA Choice Prime Rib, Steaks, Chops, and our fresh Catch of the Day.

We also keep a fresh supply of locally-grown produce from The Chef's Garden in Huron, Ohio.

Local Wineries featured at the Bistro include Quarry Hill in Berlin Heights, and Mon Ami located in Port Clinton, Ohio.

We are always looking for local businesses to patron & support.

*Due to fencing restrictions, our elk live at Miami Valley Elk in West Milton, Ohio.
