The Mill Street Bistro Bar, est. June 2008, is locally owned & operated by Joe Nagy and his dedicated staff of restaurant professionals.
The Bistro offers fine dining in a historic Norwalk location that originally served as a steam mill. Serving dinner daily, starting at 4pm, the Bistro offers a selection of Dry Aged Beef, Buffalo, & Elk* from the River Ranch (Joe's house) in Milan, Ohio, as well as USDA Choice Prime Rib, Steaks, Chops, and our fresh Catch of the Day.
We also keep a fresh supply of locally-grown produce from The Chef's Garden in Huron, Ohio.
